Shipping policy

We are unable to ship Cigars outside of the continental US or to the following states: AK, WASHINGTON DC, HI, SD, UT OR VT

Upon placing an order, purchaser agrees to be responsible for complying with all local, state and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to their purchase, transportation, delivery, any required fees and compliance with all applicable laws. 
Sales Taxes Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All of our cigar products are shipped within 2-3 week of order receipt as they are made to order.  The cigars will ship USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $8.00 per box of 20 or pack of 5.

All apparel and accessories orders will ship within 1-2 weeks.  These products will ship USPS First Class Mail at a flat rate of $5.00 per item.

Must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipment.
Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We ship US Military (APO, FPO).
We cannot be held responsible for errors or other delays out of our control.
Backorders: In the event an item on your order is unavailable, you will be contacted via email with the options of: 1) Waiting until the product arrives 2) Substitute an item 3) Cancel & refund your monies for the backordered item
NO additional shipping charges will apply to backorders.
